Wang Zhanjun Tai Chi School stands apart from other schools in Chenjiagou in several ways. It is the largest campus in the village at 50,000 square meters, the only school in Henan Province to hold a Grade 1 martial arts school rating, and one of the few schools that combines full-time academic education with martial arts training — offering primary school, middle school, high school, and vocational curricula alongside the martial arts programs.
Founders
Wang Xian — UNESCO intangible cultural heritage representative, one of the legendary "Four Tigers of Chen Tai Chi" (alongside Chen Xiaowang, Chen Zhenglei, and Zhu Tiancai), Chinese Martial Arts 9th Duan. One of the most senior and respected figures in the Chen Tai Chi world.
Wang Zhanjun — Founder of the "Wang Zhanjun Tai Chi" brand, described as a leading figure in Chinese Tai Chi with over 100 arena competition victories. His practical combat experience — rare among traditional Tai Chi practitioners — is a significant part of the school's identity and curriculum.

The school runs focused seminars during national holidays:
Outdoor Tai Chi Practice
Combat Tai Chi Intensive: 48-form Sanshou (combat applications), push hands, Wang Zhanjun's 10 Silk Reeling exercises. Fee: ¥4,200/person (includes tuition, venue, materials, uniform, accommodation, meals).
Indoor Martial Arts
Health cultivation intensive: Old Frame Yilu, Fuyang standing meditation, Fuyang 8-form, foundational health cultivation. Fee: ¥4,200/person (same inclusions).
Early registration discounts available (up to ¥400 off for booking before July 1st). Double course discount of ¥800 for booking both seminars.
Coach certification Students completing courses can apply for official Tai Chi coach credentials (beginner/intermediate/advanced levels).
